Established in 1989, Sapphicon's semiconductor foundry offers OEMs, fabless semiconductor and wireless startup companies advanced CMOS processes using Silicon-on-Sapphire technology on 150mm wafers.
Our heritage includes building Hi-Rel parts for implantable medical devices, space and defense applications and high volume consumer devices for Blackberries, iPhones and Sony-Ericsson phones.
To help you reduce the risk and cost of getting into production we offer low cost prototyping services using our Compressed Reticle system.
Some areas where you can expect improved performance in chip design include:
